Marc and I would like to express our gratitude to you and your staff at Barry Aluminum for the outstanding service and beautiful work provided to us. The process was smooth from the very start. Your assistant, Tracy, was helpful and patient with all our qustions. Our windows and siding were ordered and received precisely when you told us they would be, and the installation began right on schedule.

We appreciated the fact that you came personally to coordinate and oversee the beginning of the work that first day, and checked in periodically throughout the continuation of the installation, always letting us know how you could be reached if needed. Well, we sure didn't need to reach you...everything went so smoothly, it wasn't necessary! Both the window and siding crews were polite, professional, and so knowledgeable that everything went perfectly from beginning to end.
